Thank you for entrusting me with your skin, and I very much look forward to welcoming you. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment, as I am unable to extend treatment times where this would impact other clients. A payment card is held on file when booking.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that plans can change and kindly ask for as much notice as possible should you need to cancel your appointment...

Less than 72 hours’ (3 days) notice: 50% of the treatment cost is charged

  Less than 48 hours’ notice or no show: 100% of the treatment cost is charged
  

RE-SCHEDULING

• 
  Less than 24 hours’ notice: 25% of the treatment cost is charged

A full medical and health consultation is required prior to any treatment appointment. At subsequent appointments please advise of any changes in health or medications that may affect your treatment. This ensures your experience is both safe and optimally tailored to you.
